The junior class is off to a great start! We've been studying basic grammar, the parts of speech, complements, and other functions.
We took our first test on Friday, August 29.
If you did poorly on that test, please plan on coming to help class soon.

Study Vocabulary DAILY! In a 9-week period, 10-12 grades will be vocabulary (workbook pages, crosswords, quizzes).
Keep up with your notebook! A notebook test can be an easy 100 (test grade) if you do!
Take advantage of the grammar quizzes that I post. If you print them off, I will even go over the answers with you prior to the quiz!
Pay attention to literature! You will take a lot of notes this year!
Visit this site frequently. It's hard telling what you will find here. I've been known to post actual tests!
